How it works

1

Upload your file

Download your raw DNA data from 23andMe or AncestryDNA and upload the .txt file. We support both providers.

2

We analyze your genetics

We scan for 39+ specific genetic markers across 12 biological categories including drug metabolism, GLP-1 response, and recovery.

3

Get your report

Receive a personalized report with your CYP enzyme profile, peptide compatibility scores, safety flags, and discussion points for your provider.

What you get

CYP Enzyme Profile

7 drug metabolism enzymes mapped to your metabolizer status (normal, intermediate, poor, rapid)

12 Genetic Categories

GLP-1 response, growth hormone, recovery, immune function, longevity, body composition, cognitive, sleep, pain, cardiovascular, methylation

13 Peptides Scored

Each peptide ranked by genetic compatibility with match strength (strong, moderate, possible)

Evidence Tiers

Every finding labeled as Established, Moderate, or Emerging based on published research quality

Safety Flags

APOE4, MTHFR, CYP poor metabolizer, and other clinically relevant variants flagged for your provider

Provider-Ready Format

Designed as a structured document to bring to your healthcare provider for discussion

What this report is (and what it is not)

What it does

  • Maps your genetic variants across 12 biological pathway categories
  • Analyzes 7 CYP drug metabolism enzymes and reports your metabolizer status
  • Scores pathway categories based on published, peer-reviewed associations
  • Labels every finding with its evidence tier
  • Flags safety-relevant variants for discussion with your provider
  • Gives you a structured document to bring to your doctor

What it does not

  • Does not diagnose any disease or medical condition
  • Does not prescribe or recommend specific treatments
  • Does not replace your doctor or healthcare provider
  • Does not predict exactly how you will respond to any peptide
  • Does not claim FDA clearance as a diagnostic test
  • Does not present emerging research as established fact

Common questions

Where do I get my raw DNA data?

If you've already done a 23andMe or AncestryDNA test, you can download your raw data from your account settings on their website. It downloads as a .txt or .zip file. If you haven't done a DNA test, order our saliva kit instead.

Is my genetic data safe?

Yes. Your DNA file is processed entirely in your browser. We never upload, store, or transmit your raw genetic data to any server. The analysis runs locally on your device. After you close the page, the data is gone.

How accurate is this?

Our CYP enzyme profiling uses the same SNP associations published in CPIC clinical guidelines, used by pharmacists worldwide. Peptide-specific matching uses published pharmacogenomics research where available, and clearly labels the evidence tier for every finding.

What's the difference between the $49 upload and $250 kit?

The upload option analyzes raw data you already have from 23andMe or AncestryDNA. The kit ships a saliva collection tube to your door, processes it at a CLIA-certified lab, and then runs the same analysis. Same report, different starting point.

Can I share this with my doctor?

Yes, that's exactly what it's designed for. The report is structured as a clinical discussion document with evidence tiers, safety flags, and specific variant details your provider can evaluate.

Do you sell peptides?

No. RxFox is an education and provider-matching platform. We don't sell any medications. After your report, we can connect you with vetted providers who can evaluate your results and discuss treatment options.

Stop guessing which peptides are right for you

Your genetics hold the answers. Upload your DNA data and see which peptides are actually compatible with your biology.
